Fleet overview with KPI widgets, status summaries, revenue metrics, and recent activity.

The Dashboard is the default landing page after login. It displays fleet health, financial metrics, growth trends, and recent activity in a customizable widget-based layout.
KPI Cards

| All Vehicles | Count | Total registered vehicles |
| All Users | Count | Total platform users |
| Last Month Revenue | Currency | Revenue collected previous month |
| Pending Payments | Currency | Outstanding amounts |
| Vehicle Expiry | Count | Vehicles with expiring subscriptions |
| Device Installs | Count | GPS device installations |
Fleet Status
A real-time breakdown showing how many vehicles are in each operational state:
| Status | Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Running | Green | Speed > 0, ignition ON — vehicle is moving |
| Idle | Yellow | Speed = 0, ignition ON — engine running but not moving |
| Stopped | Red | Speed = 0, ignition OFF — vehicle is parked |
| Inactive | Grey | No data received recently |
| No Data | Dark grey | No telemetry data has ever been received |
Charts and Trends
- Usage Last 7 Days — daily fleet activity trend
- Weekly Comparison — current week vs. previous week
- Revenue Forecast — target, collected, and projected revenue with per-client breakdown
- Growth (Last 12 Months) — fleet growth trend with 3M / 6M / 12M / All range selectors
Widgets
- Sensor History — select a vehicle and sensor to view historical data chart
- Send Command — send commands to vehicles, view results (Sent, Queued, Failed)
- Recent Alerts — latest alerts with type, severity, channel, and timestamp
- Recent Payments — latest transactions with amount and status
- Recent Users — newly registered user accounts
- Recent Vehicles — recently added vehicles
- Top Clients — highest-value accounts by vehicle count and revenue
- Vehicle Expiry — vehicles expiring this week/month with days-left countdown
Dashboard Customization
- Add Widget — add new widgets to the layout
- Edit Dashboard — rearrange and configure widgets
- Rename Dashboard — change the dashboard name
- Create Dashboard — create additional named dashboards
- Delete Dashboard — remove a dashboard (confirmation required)

Click on a fleet status category to filter and see exactly which vehicles are in that state.
