Refund requests for website purchases must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

After we receive the refund request and order details, Open VTS will initiate the refund within 5 working days.

Website checkout purchases

This policy applies to purchases of Open VTS made through our website checkout, including purchases processed by Paddle.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Open VTS made through our website checkout pages, including transactions processed by Paddle as our merchant of record.

2. 14-day refund window

Customers who purchase Open VTS through our website may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • The refund request must be sent within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • Include the purchaser name, order reference, and email address used at checkout.
  • Include a short note so we can identify the order and process the refund quickly.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact Open VTS by email and include enough information for us to identify the purchase quickly.

  • Send the request to info@openvts.io.
  • Use a subject line that clearly identifies the request, such as Refund Request.
  • Include the order date, invoice or order number, and the email address used for the purchase.
  • Include a short explanation so we can match the request to the correct transaction.

4. Processing timeline

Once we receive the refund request and enough information to identify the order, Open VTS will initiate the refund within 5 working days.

After initiation, the final time for the funds to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other payment provider.

A refund being initiated within 5 working days means the refund process is started by Open VTS during that period. Settlement time after initiation is outside our direct control.
