Admin Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard provides a fleet management overview with the title "Dashboard" and subtitle "Fleet management overview · Admin Panel". It surfaces key performance indicators, fleet status, revenue data, and recent activity feeds at a glance.
KPI Cards

Fleet Status Widget
| Status | Color | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Running | Green | Vehicle is moving with speed > 0 and ignition on |
| Idle | Yellow | Vehicle has ignition on but speed is 0 |
| Stopped | Red | Vehicle ignition is off and speed is 0 |
| Inactive | Grey | No data received for more than 48 hours |
| No Data | Dark Grey | Device has never sent telemetry data to the platform |
| No Device | — | Vehicle record exists but no device IMEI is linked |
The Fleet Status widget also displays: Devices Installed (total count), Connected (currently online count), and a Live badge indicating real-time WebSocket connectivity.
Revenue Forecast
- This Month Revenue — actual revenue collected so far in the current month
- Target — the expected revenue target for the month
- Collected — total amount collected against invoices
- Projected — forecasted end-of-month revenue based on current trends
- Delta vs Target — variance between projected and target, shown as positive or negative
Per-client breakdown table shows columns: Client, Revenue, Due, Paid %, and Projected Value. A "View Payments" link navigates to the full Payments module.
Growth Chart
The Growth chart displays two data series — Users and Vehicles — plotted over time. Available time ranges: 3M (3 months), 6M (6 months), 12M (12 months), and All (full history).
Dashboard Widgets

| Sensor History | Select a vehicle and sensor, choose a date range, and view a historical chart of sensor readings |

| Recent Alerts | Latest alert events showing channel, time, severity (Critical or Warning), and type (Ignition, Geofence, Power) |
| Usage Last 7 Days | Platform usage metrics aggregated over the past 7 days |
| Weekly Comparison | Week-over-week comparison of key fleet metrics |
Recent Feeds
- Recent Payments — latest payment transactions with title and amount
- Recent Users — newly created users with title and vehicle count
- Recent Vehicles — recently added vehicles with title and status
- Top Clients — ranked by vehicle count, showing paid time and due amount
Vehicle Expiry Section
Shows: This Week (count), This Month (count), Expiring Soon (count), and days left for each vehicle. An "Open Vehicles" link navigates to the filtered Vehicles module.
Custom Dashboards
- Click Create New Dashboard to add a custom dashboard (name is required; validation enforced)
- Use Rename to change the dashboard title
- Click Edit to enter drag-and-resize mode for widget layout
- Use Add Widget to open the widget catalog with search functionality
- Click Delete Dashboard to remove (confirmation dialog shown before deletion)
Superadmin Dashboard
Superadmin KPI Cards

Superadmin Charts
- Adoption & Growth — three data series: Vehicles, Users, and Licenses plotted over time
- Vehicle Status — breakdown into Connected, Running, Stop, Inactive 48h, and No Data categories
Superadmin Panels
The Superadmin dashboard includes four recent-activity panels: Recent Vehicles, Recent Users, Transactions, and Activity Logs. The Activity Logs panel supports actor and date filters for forensic investigation of platform-wide events.
